The closest thing we have to punishers are the death squad of El Sombra Negra (The Black Shadow) a gang hunter group in el salvedor famous for there advances in eliminating MS13 though El Sombra Negra is comprised of former police,military and special forces there tactics are often ilegal but the US doesnt mind them because there presance is keeping MS13 isolated to one main location side note MS13 is ranked as one of the if not the most dangerous gang in the world so we do have a punisher in El Sombra Negra but its a shame there only presant in el salvador
