This might be the first video I have seen that takes the discussion of the conventional deadlift beyond the basics. Sumo style works for a lot of people, but some of us find that we perform better using a conventional style. Thanks for this thorough discussion and demonstration.

I seen a lot of videos on the deadlift and the other 2main lifts these by far are the most informative I've seen.thank you generation strength
