Ah yes… The Royal Rumble match that exposed def rebel for being mostly terrible and where Shane McMahon put himself over everyone like he was Hulk Hogan, burying several top stars (fucking had him eliminate Kevin Owens and out-box MMA fighter Matt Riddle for fucks sake…) and getting himself fired by HIS OWN DAD as a result. As someone who got into wrestling in 2023, it's borderline a crime how much the scene changed in a full year. Half of the women in this match aren't even whispered about in WWE anymore. I'm sitting here wondering when does someone from Damage Control show up, and they drag out Lita and Molly Holly. I heard how bad the Vince booking was but this is like, you should be able to file a class action lawsuit on the WWE with how bad this was. Also I have been asking for a full year, what happened with AJ Styles and Shinsuke. I didn't see none of the old stuff, I just would like to know how two of the biggest names in wrestling are now being jobbed out to LA Knight. Least Shinsuke had a run where he only lost to top guys.
