you can activate it to get the vision it gives immediately or to burst someone before they can heal or go invincible.

brother you need to buy atleast t1's to fill ur slots, if u were in actually playing vs humans you'd realize you need survivability to play the game filling ur dps slots is the equilavent of smurfing in any other moba, its probably fun for you but its just more proof that ur a high skill player in pisslow mmr (and by skill i mean mechanical cuz anything else then aiming ur pretty bad) you build defensive to become immortal when ahead and build offansive when behind to have a chance of winning fights
