Good video man. When I see people saying "thief is so bad it's unplayable", no you are just bad and you can only play thief well when he is on meta and extremly overpower. I do agree it needs some buffs but it's steal pretty good.

This is so funny. Just two hours ago, I've read Reddit thread where people were complaining *immensely* about Thief, that it's ultra overpowered because they can't kill it and so on. It was posted at the same time as your comment. Over the years that I played my Thief, or at least kind of followed GW2, it got nerfed *so often.* But really good players (not me) always found some way to make it work. To outplay others. While I suffered, people were on the forums asking for more nerfs because, "everything that doesn't lose against me is OP." And on that Reddit thread, everyone who voiced a dissenting opinion, no matter how thorough they presented their arguments, got downvoted into Oblivion. They literally said Thief should lose its stealth and blinds. If it keeps stealth, every other spec should get a reveal that's not counterable. Delusional.

i’ve had trouble finding an answer and testing it my self, but, if you have the first cast of shadow step and trigger improvisation on shadow step, does that remove the the port origin and recharge the utility? or does it remove the cd w/o taking the 2nd cast

because if any other class does a plus 1 then they take too long to do so, its not efficient to plus 1 as a necro because if you dont get the kill you waste so much time in transit, mobility is the reason why

How come your stealth lasts pretty long?

You can stack stealth so multiple casts are combine into a long one. For example, you can lay down a smoke field with pistol 5, then switch to shortbow and blast the smoke field with its tp2, cluster bomb. Before the smoke field disappears, you can get a maximum of 3 cluster bombs out if you're fast enough. This means triple the invis duration for everyone who stands in that field. Superb for teamfight initiation.

I think stealth classes are in nearly no competitive game "the easiest". It's a super good skill okay...a lot of people tend to play it as well but nonetheless u gotta be good for your team and utilise this. There is the point where most thief suffer.
