I’m guessing the old man is a master mind or something and it’s gonna be some huge plot twist, I don’t know much about Japanese religion so o don’t know about demons, yo Kai, exc, so I’m gonna go off of my religion which I’m a Christin, if u guys know about Japanese religion or Chinese because I don’t know where this anime was made, plz reply and tell me, anyways this is long for a comment so I’m gonna make this quick, either the old man is god or he is satan just because the old man definitely had plans and it’s like he is something of a threat, but that’s just my theory, I’m open to different ideas tho

The anime is called Death Parade. The Heaven and Hell is a lie, it's actually a Your soul either Reincarnates or go to The Void. The show has 12 episodes. This episode is like episode 0 or a pilot episode.
