Cruising along the broader lines of your review, I agree : the villain was ok'ish (but forgettable) and it might lose its appeal after the 2nd/3rd viewing... But... the MCU is in shackles currently (with no clear direction or cohesion) and this being tied to the MCU (but not really) was a good thing 🙂 Because it was just buckets (...grin...) of fun on so many levels...

I'm living for the JT shade. Lance and JC were my favorites anyways. And I was a Backstreet Boys fan to begin with lol Hope you had a great time at the premiere!

Thank you for this! I have been looking forward to this film for months...I've seen both Deadpool films in the cinema, and enjoyed both immensely. I hope to see it this weekend when it comes out, and if not then, perhaps some afternoon the following week when nothing else is going on (which is pretty much every day for me currently, unfortunately).

Aaand...yes, I saw it yesterday, and loved it! Yeah, it's pretty meta, it's a rather high-concept thing; but, it was just so fun! Anyway...yeah! Though I'd like to see Deadpool have relationships with people besides women rather than just flirting with them, he is still one of the few pansexual characters out there in a major franchise...so, it's at least something for those of us in that category.
