What I love about this showcase is it feels like a fan, that happens to be partnered with the game and knows the company fanbase is likely in the audience, is explaining things well, gives team comp advice, and gives a nice nod to loyal fans who will be familiar with similar mechanics. Can’t wait to play him and pray for some sick mods to absolutely cause chaos on the battlefield.

This game is so much fun, I'm 63hrs in act 3 and feel like I'm nearing end of game so I'm just stalling and doing general missions lol. Amazing combat

Hyped for this, and loving Christopher Odd's intro's and explanations. Good job Firaxis/2k for getting a legit voice from the xcom scene, and making a absolutely wonderful game! If we are getting a sequel, please re-use assets for the wonderful roster we have and add more.

Prior to X-Com, Death From Above goes back to tabletop gaming's Battletech system where jump-equipped mechs would just launch themselves and then land on an enemy mech. A risky tactic as the attack took partial damage to the legs.

I hope they add mostly superheroes or antiheroes that never get too much attention but have great histories. It'll be great for me to see Moon knight, nightcrawler, Cyclops, spider woman, Johnny storm, Silver surfer, Namor, iron fist, daredevil and others. This is a perfect game to show their potential and give them the attention they deserve.

Deadpool is a delight to have in the Abbey, but he's definitely the hardest of the heroes to get a wrangle on. The rest of the cast are unique but interchangeable, but Wade really only works if he has someone to keep him from getting hit. Which is odd, since his healing factor makes him the toughest non-tank in the game.

I think that loki would be good for this game. He could rely on manipulation of the battlefield and enemies to keep his god of mischief past. I understand that he is a better known character in the marvel universe but I think he has a good enough connection to magic and is not an avenger so he works perfectly for diversity in the cast.

They unlock at specific story points. So, as long you're at or past that point, you can play with them

Not a huge Deadpool fan but I like him. His gameplay style seems so him lol. The next dlc hero is probably either Mobius or Venom but I honestly hope its Storm as she the one I'm most looking forward to playing with.

the trailer originally talked about new enemies and those looked to ne vampires. I have a feeling the next character will be Morbious. really I just want my emery types encounter types like bomb defusal encounters types because I LOVE the game I need more ways to play it. it takes a while to get use to the outside combat but once you do this game is a 9-10 for me and I hope firaxis supports it and it becomes a franchise like xcom has.

@@chrishorton3217 Thats why I listed him first, so I totally agree. Deadpool, Vampires, Blade, and new Hydra boss has everything going for it to be Morbius to be up next. If this is the case, then I'm betting Venom should be after him to see what he been up to after the main campaign. Then finally Storm. Yeah Firaxis has really got a good game on their hands. Hopefully they have more plan even after the dlc stuff.

I got this game on sale ! 15$ and then a 15$ full season dlc. It's sooo addicting I love it. I'm glad I played the southpark games so the combat /deck building felt familiar. It's honestly one of the better superhero games in years

If he shouldn't get hit, isn't his passive useless? You won't need hp regen if you never get damaged. He even has Resist in his kit. Seems weird but I guess I'll see for myself when the DLC comes out

Okay, so are they going to wait until after all the DLC is out to release the game on 8th gen consoles. I really want to play it, but I don't have a PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, and my PC doesn't have enough ram to run it. I'm good if I can get it on PS4 or Nintendo Switch. I can't be the only one who thinks Daredevil should be in this game, I feel like he's the only popular marvel character that never gets a chance to be in any games. Ultimate Alliance is the only game you can play as that man. If he can't be in Midnight Suns team I fear there's no hope for him.

Overall a very fun dlc but I have had some issues as of late on my series x copy I've been trying to finish the Barghest mission with wolverine and blade but every time I attempt to finish it the game will just straight up crash I unfortunately was a dummy and didn't save before even starting the mission strain now I'm stuck with either waiting for a patch or losing 30mins of progress lol hopefully it gets fixed soon
