I think an interesting idea for a Deadpool comic would be to treat it like One Punch Man but in reverse, so basically Deadpool will go around whenever the strongest villains attack fight them get destroyed, and then being disappointed when he regenerates

Funfact It really depends on the universe, because in some comics and even the movie, he'll feel the pain from his cancer after his healing factor is gone because if he only regenerates his body with deadly cells, it'll be like a constant pain in his body, so the pain wouldn't be noticeable for him, but he'll be instantly paralyzed then die shortly after
