@bubba_delicious986 Not unless you get a Steam key from a second-hand site. It came out on Steam a log while back, but they pulled it more than once. But so long as you get a valid Steam key, you should be able to play it with no issues

oh, JUST earlier today i was watching a video by "Satiire", where he tried to get Platinum Trophies (100% completion) on this game and a Wolverine game...PLAYING NON STOP! after 44 HOURS of constant play, he couldn't take it anymore, and got some sleep before finishing the last one on the Wolverine game, which required re-playing the ENTIRE game on Hard difficulty! AFTER having to "grind" for hours to get tte "max out all skills" trophies! oh, AND he played Deadpool on the hardest difficulty, "ultraviolent"!
