I do think that you are wrong about Wolverine's past Wolvering did not start killing unnecessarily, he stayed out of x men business because he did not want them to think he needed their attention and love. One day , they still called him and he as always ignored them. Some humans decided to go mutant hunting as logan said in the movie , but till the time he reached everyone were dead . In a fitting rage , he started killing humans which then ruined the mutants' reputation as a whole .

I guess they will ignore these inconsistencies and move on to doing it more. Deadpool meets happy via cable watch. In deadpool 2,woh xmen origins wale deadpool ko marta h jo uske timeline mei tha bhi ni. Logan takes place in future probably a decade after deadpool 2 but they will accomodate both in same timeline now.

Aur void me dikhayi gayi Laura is timeline ki laura to obviously nahi hai. Kyuki 2029 me use 11 saal ka dikhaya gaya hai aur logan ke turant jate hi, uski age kese badgayi jab kisi or ki nahi badi. He was killing anyone (also includes innocent humans) and that's why normal humans of wolverine's timeline had a bad image of mutants built in their minds which initiated the killing process of all the other mutants or X men as wolverine himself was a mutant.

Anchor being was also a meta-joke. Wolverine was the anchor being of the FOX X-men universe but when Logan died the franchise died with him. But after the end of this movie, both Deadpool and Wolverine are anchor beings of their universe.
