Ryan Reynold and Hugh Jackman are in a feud currently with Iger and Feige as the latter 2 don't want a 2-and-a-half-hour runtime. On top of that, Ryan Reynolds wants to throw in the various wars through history that Wolverine has fought in. Iger is saying it's too violent and too expensive. Apparently, Feige wants both Ryan and Hugh to return for Avengers: Secret Wars. Both are saying they won't return to their roles unless they get the creative freedom they want. This has also involved the director who has been standing behind the two from the very beginning.

The whole multi dimension multiverse thing is great for Avengers and Dr. Strange. Deadpool movies fares better with a simple plot, simple premise. Multiple different Logan's to pick from and they will make fun of Logan multiple times over, because that is what Disney Marvel does, it takes a dump on legacy characters, hard pass for me.
