Do both high or both medium lol I'm also thinking the percentage after u sell a house is..maybe satisfaction? Like if u try an amount over what u originally asked and like.. they keep saying no, I wonder if that's why the percentage is so low

Make sure you read the number carefully for when you go to sell a property. I accidentally forgot a zero once, and sold something much lower than was asking for.

I think the first houses bathroom was meant to be European in someway. I’m not 100% sure, but I think in areas like Eastern Europe especially they have the toilet separated from the shower etc… just a guess though.
