the owl had their main character moment and i’m here for it…i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again, scotts outfit is amazing. also, after watching it multiple times, the emotions, the owls when scotts protecting them, scott when lizzie tries giving him the potato, it’s all wicked awesome!

I love the character designs, especially Scott's outfit with all the layers! The perspective shots are so cool too, it keeps the action flowing well and lets you take in the scenery for the wider shots!

A few of my favorite bits: love how when scott moves too fast the owl freaks out for a second before settling again, i LOVE how well you drew lizzie’s shirt and all the pleated folds, love the twirl scott does with the wings extended. Love how scott clutches the owl when lizzie wants it, and love Joel’s reaction in the last shot :) it was all done so well, thanks for making something so awesome!

It's been months and I still have to watch every time this song gets animated. This one I love Scott's wings and how they take up the entire screen and block Lizzie when he's singing the chorus, there's so much personality there (and both of their facial expressions, you've really captured how they're both convinced they're scamming the other)
