Dave B sells Chevy what would you say to someone who’s looking to get into the business right? Everyday I’m spending an hour or two on product knowledge but curious on your opinion.
@DaveBsellsChevy4 жыл бұрын
You have the right idea starting with product, that is very important and most salespeople do not take the time to learn product so you will immediately have a leg up on them.. A good thing I did in the beginning was eaves drop on other salespeople's conversations with their clients.. get a feel of conversation styles, what clients respond well to, even how the sales people handles clients objections. Then take the good, lose the bad, and put your own personality in to the mix.

Dave B sells Chevy awesome thanks for the advise and reply! I am looking to start at the Chevrolet dealership over here, soon. The biggest curve I am running into in terms of learning the many different vehicles chevy has, is what comes with the different trim levels of a vehicle. You mentioned that the lease payment difference was lowered by $30… from a $50 difference to $20. Can you provide some background? Did dealer come down on same lease, did customer put more down, or did lease terms changes? Each is different than just re-working numbers.

Do your glass at room temperature in the shade. Buy Stoner Glass Cleaner and a Glass polishing cloth from Maguire’s. Clean your windows with a Hand towel and Polish with the glass rag until it runs across the glass smoothly without catching. The no frills way to clean, One part water, 3 parts vinegar and mix, use newspaper as your cloth. No streaks or blemishes. The news print works with the vinegar to give a flawless finish. You can use steel wool on your outside front window and must be done wet to remove road grime and leaves your windshield sparkly clean.

Hey Mike. It would depend on the dealership policy. I have used cc points as deposit for clients.. i've also used a trade title as a deposit. The only time we really do this though is when a client is not putting money down. This way we are not taking a deposit to just refund it later.
