MERCEDES DEALERSHIP IN GUILFORD WRONGFULY SOLD MY DAD, SIMON COWELLS £100K MODEL X LUDICROUS TESLA! MY DAD WAS NOT WELL ENOUGH TO USE ANY CAR. WHEN THE CAR WAS SOLD TO MY DAD HE WAS TOLD IT WAS WAS SUPPOSEDLY MEANT TO BE WRAPPED FROM YIANNIMIZE IN A CARBON WRAP. I SPOKE TO YIANNI AND HE DID NOT DO THAT WRAP. YIANNA WRAPPED THE CAR IN RED, NOT CARBON. THE DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE CAR AFTER 6 DAYS OF PURCHASE. THE CAR HAD DONE ZERO MILES, THE CAR WAS STUCK ON MY DADS DRIVE. THEY EVENTUALLY OFFERED TO TAKE IT BACK FOR £90K! THATS £10K PROFIT IN 6 DAYS WITHOUT A SINGLE MILE BEING ADDED ON THE CAR....

As a FCA/registered company, they must give you a 14 day leniancy to return goods, call them up and mention FCA regulation, and I can guarantee they'll eat their words and offer you every penny back, worst case, you will need to contact the FCA or financial ombudsman, been in a similar boat, so know how it works 👍

Mark, I saw you on stage at the British Motor Show and subscribed to your channel whilst you were on stage. Your openness and honesty (much like the other You Tubers onstage) is endearing and relatable which is why we have such great people in the motoring community, unlike many other online platforms and social media outlets which promotes the opposite. True heartfelt condolences to you and your family, I had a family funeral last week which brought us all together to share the good times and be together. I know it will be a celebration of life and as others have already said, wonderful memories.

I don’t know how to explain it but it’s no secret you’ve done bloody well for yourself, you’ve made your money and you enjoy a nice life but you’re so bloody humble. You can see the love in your eyes there for your dad, fair play for defending people who get miss sold stuff. I sell kitchens and had a elderly lady home appointment and she was going crazy adding very expensive stuff on, I got her to phone her daughter to come round and approve her choices before I sold her the kitchen. I couldn’t sleep at night knowing I’d up sold to a vulnerable person. As it happens her daughter turned up and said mum can her whatever she wants she deserves it! But at least I had peace of mind

You can take peace at least knowing you managed to take him out in his own car Just a thought if you are struggling to sell the car, what about raffling it off. If just you subs bought a ticket for 20 you will hit you will get the money back and more. Honestly, when I saw your dad out in the wheelchair. I thought to myself, who would sell a car like that to someone who doesn't look in the greatest of health. just pure power and performance. I lost my dad 1 year ago to heart failure. He was 64. He wasn't sick, he worked full time and went on walks on the weekends. A strong man throughout life that I can only hope to compare to. I feel you brother. Be strong, We will see them again.

Lost my dad last year. It was a hard 2 years as he was very sick with every old man disease there is but up until the end he was funny and kind man and made an impression with all the staff the hospital and care centers. I have a feeling your dad was the same way as sons are very much like the father. Good to know you are in a position that the dealer did not hurt your family finances with that sale as I have seen some terrible horrid results from terrible dealers.
