Hi there
I am not sure if such a vlog will be favored by the mass but I wanted to keep it real. Life has been pretty rough for me these days and while I have the loveliest therapist, boyfriend and aunty, it is still not easy to handle my daily life and share my vulnerabilities with others. Unfortunately, a safe space to be vulnerable and honest isn't something we have access to all the time.
I have realised taking care of your mental health or doing selfcare isn't a definite routine of tasks. So your version of healing might be different than mine and that is okay. As long as we are acknowledging our feelings and putting the effort of listening to our mental health, that is all that matters.
With that, here's to looking forward for the good days while not letting go of ourselves or our support in the bad days.
