This was a very good session, the best l've seen of all the sessions related to OCD Sunnybrook has held. Great as a refresher and l also learned some new things. l encourage those who hold these sessions to remain with this format. l'm a huge Dr. Richter fan and Aliza is one of my favourite therapists. l appreciate Frederick Thompson, Sunnybrook, and the efforts of all involved in treatment for all you've done for me.
