This week I wanted to talk about stress, anxiety and fear. For me these things often come out of worrying about things that have happened or things that might happen. Both of which you cannot control, so I wanted to talk a little abut how I manage these things by trying my best to focus on only the things I can control and how to stay present and be in the moment.
