Unfortunately, I was the difficult person for my ex. She was so forgiving, but I pushed her too far and she left me. And rightly so. She deserves better.

What lesson I learned: In this world there are persons which are seriously disordered, not all people are inherently good, there are people which enjoy using and hurting normal empathetic people, dont give your empathy to personality disordered people.

Very true. Best to avoid malignant narcissits. No contact, they do a lot of harm on purpose and they never change.

I like to imagine hugging the higher self of that person. I love to forgive as it brings so much peace. It actually makes you feel strong and compassionate. I have high standards now while also allowing people to be where they are. Love with really good health boundaries. 🦋

I love this message so much! It has given me the encouragement to continue doing exactly what I've been doing with regard to a very hurtful person in my life (my ex). I REFUSE to give up on him, even though he hates me now for leaving him (after 31 years of emotional abuse) and is really trying to make my life as difficult as possible to get back at me (e.g., by alienating my children, my brother, and many of our acquaintances, from me by telling lies about me). I am so thankful that, somehow, regardless of what has been done to me, I can still see his light, and I won't allow myself to be blind to it. Underneath it all, he is still a Child of God. I just don't have to be married to him anymore.

I feel like your videos have helped me to level up! You never know who is going to give you a key! My husband is a borderline and its good to know that but now I look at my own actions before I blame him..The best thing is Ive done enough inner work and research I can now respond instead of react ..When he is in a episode he gets mean and unstable but now rather than get triggered by what he says or does I can help him through it..He put up with 16 yrs of my drug addiction and helped me get clean ( 10 yrs sober) and now its my turn to step up.. Love and blessings to you

Facing the same dilemma right now - how to exit the relationship and still see the divine soul in my soon to be ex-husband. Michael, you’ve mentioned narcs, which is what I think my partner is. After some time spent in denial, then anger, then self pity, then sadness, then just feeling empty, I realized that I learned a lot about my new self. My ego shrunk in size which was painful but I see positive changes in me. Setting boundaries, saying/expressing what I actually feel and not been afraid of the consequences of it, trying to listen more and say less, not making decisions/ judgements / while being emotional etc. It looks to me that this relationship was a soul contract. I am done being his wife but I do not give up on him. I wish him all the best. Blessings and love

I went through this a few years back. It took deep heavy heart filled meditation and lots of tears lol but with all the inner work I was able to become my own advocate for peace and now thankfully we have better and I know even if my trust for my ex partner isn’t there my trust in God is 💜

Talk about synchronicity! I needed this couple days ago had a falling out with my boss. And I want to do the right thing and I need to know my part so I can work on my part and be humble. Michael like you said, what would Jesus do or how would he feel or look at the situation?

I have tried to integrate some of the teachings about elevating the communication, and my part. I think of the times when Divine Mother was patient with me and try to do the same. (While I’m writing this, you just brought up doing “My part”) The way I treat people is in my control, and I can be kind even while maintaining careful boundaries with those whom I know may try to exploit my loving communications.

The story about God sending people to help you practice spiritual essence is powerful. Can we still keep love in our hearts when we don’t get our way? Especially when our way seems to be the more spiritual way ☀️😊☀️I will definitely take this story into my life ☀️😊☀️ I do hold out an exception for when extending a hand more than once is met with someone intentionally setting out to cause harm in a manipulative and underhanded way. With them, I send them love in healing while I stay away. Also appreciated the story about being yelled at and saying no to that. So grateful I found you!!!

I agree where possible the best approach for humanity is not to give up on people. Essentially, i am trying to incorporate the concept of knowing our lot, or what we co-created prior to our heightened enlightened consciousnesses that now allows us to regard the person we know as bad. If we take ownership of our lot, and then try to proceed and fulfill our goals while not simultaneously shunning another human being, or victimizing ourselves, it's beneficial to ourselves and the community. This all gets harder to do when your someone abused you, never loved you and used you and continues to try to even as you acknowledge your pain and ask for validation. Thanks for sharing so many insights.

Best of luck to you. I am currently separated from a mother who is challenging and may find myself either in patronage to her at some point or having to acknowledge her death as she is already reached 70. I don't know anything more painful then taking explicative abuse from someone you love and want to validate you.

I have an issue with a certain individual. Whenever I'm around this person; I get really upset and angry by what they say and their attitude. I don't hate theem. I know that the light and love of God is in them. I just can't be around them. Now my question is; that fear or not enabling them to get me to feel that way?

You're going too soft around clinical narcisism. They are very damaging and do not respect other people's limits. Sometimes leaving them out of your life is the way of keeping them on the other side of the fence. Narcissistic people (depending on the relationship) are revengeful to those who show them strong boundaries.
