So last week I jumped on a Facebook live to answer some questions, and I wanted to share the live stream with you. In it, I speak about guilt. The guilt I carry around my dads suicide and how I've managed to keep it at bay recently.
Guilt is something we all have to experience. But it's often the lack of control around what's happened that can really affect us.
In this live stream I talk about dealing with that guilt, letting go of the past and being able to overcome guilt as best as possible.
