The hair thing will get worse before it gets better. Give yourself a mental break and get it shaved or cut really short. There will be an emotional reaction, but once you get through it, it’s done and you move on. You’re so busy mentally dealing with all the other things you need to do, hair should be the least of your worries. I know we all process these things differently, I’m speaking from experience. Take care of yourself and all the best to you.
