Dealing with Parental Burnout

I'm thankful to have the opportunity to work from home and when I hear my daughter downstairs yell daaaaaadddyyy! Hits every time.

I think a lot of people struggle because they can't properly transition into their new stage in life. I don't miss the things I ised to do for myself because now I find joy in the things I do for them.
