Like most fans I’ve been frustrated with Poch this season but reasoning the overall situation rationally : Young immature players & countless injuries- he’s actually doing ok. It’s a very difficult situation. He has one year left so it’s a no brainer to keep Poch entering into next season

I agree, there have been points during the season he should have moved on but I was being reactive. Overall I think hes done an OK job and with time, better players and less injuries things will improve.

And that they were all individuals (not played together), we didn’t have a team. Plus the experience, most have little 1st team experience and no EPL experience. When people generally say give a foreign player a season to settle, same applies to a lot of our squad.

This is all excuses. Look at what Barcelona is doing with teenagers. Look at what Arsenal and and Man City are doing with Young players. It is never a given that if you have old players they would win anything. The attitude and belief of the coach must inspire everyone to do better and more. If you have a coach who makes excuses with everything he can latch on to like Pochettino, you know he would not win anything. And after his coaching career has ended, would he be proud of what he has not achieved? 😅 He is a chronic loser and he can't even talk tough or play mind games. He is so not a Chelsea standard manager IMO

He’s improving our players, Palmer is looking like a €100++ million player , it’s not a coincidence , for a player to really shine and keep getting better game by game , they need someone coaching them , our whole team looks better then they did a few months ago

@@ISpeakFactsOnly If you give Pochettino credit for Palmer, why would you not criticize him for Sterling or Badiashille and co? You see you must keep the same standards.

@ISpeakFactsOnly Palmer's brilliance has nothing to do with Poch. He literally said in an interview once that tactics aren't important, he has no identity. He wants players to make up their own minds in every phase of play. The team is a mess, don't be fooled by recent results, especially against Everton. The man needs to go.

Only reason I dont mind Poch atm is because I can see the team has improved, players individually especially reached new heights, but also I feel Poch himself improved during this season, because he is slowly learning that being Chelsea coach is anything but an ez task, quite opposite and always was .

The only thing lacking in this team is character, we got a glimpse of the dressing room problems with the penalty farce last weekend , that isn’t good when players are jealous of the main scorer , all those players involved should be out of Chelsea and build a new team around Cole
