Hi Ray, what happens with clients who don't pay or a payment has failed and all the Stripe warnings up until GHL "pauses" their access to their account - when they have a landing page and forms integrated into their WordPress site that may not be hosted with GHL. Do the forms stop working or disappear from their site? Or is it just accessing the data is something they won't be able to do?

That is a great question and I don't know. My guess is that only access to the account is blocked but forms, website chat widgets, phone, workflows etc will continue to process the client just can't access anything.

On the $497 plan... If the client calls and says their card was hacked yesterday and a new card is coming soon, and you trust the client, can we resume their access until they get the new card? When they DO get the new card, will Stripe pick up where it left off? What if, for example, there are now 2 payments due? Thanks!

@@cliffordmpaulick sorry when you are on the agency pro plan GHL handles this for you and redirects users to their credit card info to update.
