My partner many yrs ago 1970s was injured by police during arrest he was hit in the lower back with a broom stick in the prison /caused him yrs off pain and he became addicted to heroin /opiates to deal with it /he is long dead he did not die from drugs / but it upsets me when police don't need to be so aggressive , the ramifications of being violent while being arrested etc are far reaching /

I had already noticed that when he sat down the guy that he sat down beside got up and moved. Sometimes you really CAN judge a book by its cover because actually he LOOKS like he stinks. I'm not sure why he would have to be naked to ponder the secrets of the universe, but oh well... I think they should demand that he take a shower as part of his normal "processing in". As much as he apparently does not appreciate cleanliness, if he knew that in jail they would make him take a shower, it might make him determined not to do anything to cause they to arrest him again. Guy gives off strong Charlie Manson vibes!

In April 2011 I went to Vegas, I was drunk taking pictures with all the Sheriff guys. I still have them (they only asked me if I was driving, I said no, since I wasn’t) really cool memories. The Vegas Sheriffs that I met were really cool guys, wished them all ways the best.

They can’t. They have to have deputies monitoring them when they are in the chair. A female has to be available if it’s a female in the chair so to separate them means pulling not one but 2 deputies of the floor. These are ADULTS. Sometimes as an ADULT we have to pull up our big girl pants and take responsibility for our actions and deal with it.

My twins are 8 and both have their own phones. Our son is autistic and got too excited with the new feature of pressing the side button multiple times that automatically calls 911. His twin sister is “mom” to him, always keeping eyes on him and helps him with everything. If she can’t, she holds his hand and brings him to us while she waits and watches. She forgot to mention that she had gotten after him about calling 911 and we never knew until we got a notice for my husband having a warrant. $500 for abusing emergency services even though no one ever responded to our house for the calls and we explained that it was our son but we’re on a family plan. It’s nice to see so many dui repeat offenders not even remotely worried though🙄

YEP, you can get a ticket for driving toooooo slow, it's called impeding traffic, you are messing with the normal flow and movement forward, which means you are either on something, like D or A which is a no-no, or you are tired and you need to get off the road, still a danger to others. Just like holidays we have something for EVERYTHING, however, the tickets make sense unlike holidays. Just wait, here in oregon they keep trying to pass the "right to rest law" and one day they will get it lol, yet another reason to move. The ticket for driving too slow is valid I agree with it! We're supposed to have the presumption of innocence. We're supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. And here this officer is telling the guy that a judge has to find him innocent.
