Great video as always Dean - your friends cast, I think that is called a hatteras cast, you circeled where it hit the sea, how does that compare to your mini laid back cast in terms of distance? Thanks
@deanbooker33142 жыл бұрын
Hiya mate, haven't really compared or taken any notice if any distance between us, aslong as the bait is in the water

What size catfish hooks were you using? Got myself a pack of 4/0s from VMO last week, waiting for a spool of 150lb braid to come through post from amazon to tie hairs with to make some rigs up, i didnt realise how big they were until they came in the post 😄 I mostly use BMX hooks and every now and then from the boat Sakuma TopGun hooks for fish/squid baits.
@deanbooker33142 жыл бұрын
Hi mate these were 4.0s

@@deanbooker3314 Thank you👍 As well as that, loving the videos and seeing how others go about fishing in different parts of the country rather than just up here in Essex. Think i might have to see if can plan along with my wife, a long weekend down your way in the summer as she enjoys fishing almost as much as me👍👍 and fish like some on your channel would make a summer to remember😊
