Yeah I actually agree with you. I would die to see them kiss, but to have sex? No. That wouldn't be so realistic. I'm sure it would be hot as hell, but that just isn't what Destiel is to me. I believe, and hope, that they will share a moment with a kiss, a tight long hug or a hand hold. That would be more than enough for me.

I love this. Angels have a very hard time feeling emotion. And yet Castiel broke that piece of him. He rebelled from Heaven and fell for humanity, all because Dean taught him how. I love Destiel and I really hope they make it canon soon. They've made it all too easy to make that smooth change. Dean is debate-ably bi, and their bond it way too obvious.
