I cried and cried the first time I heard this song. Anyone who's ever had a broken heart can relate.

yeah I have but it was one of my best friends (my heart still felt broken, it was a complicated relationship) and all my other ones said the things similar to what was said in the song (accept I was the one like “so bottoms up, let’s forget tonight)

Dean Lewis is a fantastic talented singer/ song writer from Australia. One of my favourite's x

Never heard of this guy but I agree the message was done well. The vocal talent and the music were very enjoyable. Noticed someone said he was from Australia which explains the mate I heard a few times also explains the Irish feel since many Auzzie have Irish heritage. Beautiful song on a tough subject. Sometimes it's really difficult to let someone, you've known for a while, go. Whether it be a long friendship or relationship. Even when we know they are caustic to our well being. I'm going to have to look for more on this young man.

I thought he was British, not American because he refers to a phone not a cell. But low and behold, he’s a fellow Aussie!

Dean Lewis is from Australia, released his debut album March 2019 and has been gaining in popularity. Played at the Australian Aussie Rules Football grandfinal last week in front of the 100 thousand crowd before the game.

Oh jeez just because it’s “sad” and about a break up doesn’t make it Emo.

My Crazy Life umm, look at the thesaurus... under sad OR emotional they are complete synonyms of one another.. so i meant it quite literally, not in a reference to “emo” as a label for certain people 💁🏻♀️🙂
@prestleyjade26905 жыл бұрын
caralayne503 well as you said....ummm......ok girl my bad. Some people just labeling things emo meaning the type of person or aesthetic. SO, I calm down and you calm down and leave it alone. 🤣
