Oh boy! I looove Chinese food, dude. Möhö. Peanut curry sauce. Sweet Chili. Soy. Fried tofu. Veggie noods or rice. Spring rolls. Chop Suey. I as a white guy feel like i still know only around 3 percent of it. Beautiful!

The wanton noodles are seasoned with pork lard oil. You shouldn't be pouring the soup in. The soup is to drink separately from the dry noodles. FYI. Great video.

12:28 Actually, oyster omelette is also Chinese. Chinese immigrants from ChaoZhou brought this recipe to all the Southeast Countries in the 19th century. Don’t forget that China has a really long costal area, where people eat a lot of seafood.

Since you guys are so close to China why not travel to Vietnam, then towards Hong Kong/Macau, and then into Mainland China like Shenzhen and Guangzhou and then Zhangjiajie (Avatar mountains) and keep going northward.

#1--That's fried garlic chips on the shu mai, dumplings not fish flakes. #2--That's not toilet paper. It rolled in the shape of toilet paper but it is actually tissue paper to wipe your mouth with not your a$$. #3--The crab craws egg noodles are meant to be eaten dry with sipping soup on the side. If you wanted soupy noodles, you can tell them to make it that way.
