Healing your trauma is sooo true. I put that baggage aside during Covid thanks to God and therapy, and I’ve been so much calmer. Also, the last tip about what you ingest 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I used to be a city girls lover and all the hype music like Lil baby etc etc, and it didn’t help me nature my mate. Now I’m trying to be gentle with him and respect men, which can be so hard from years of conditioning myself they that aren’t worth respect.
