Dear PAO: Requirements for reissuance of lost title

Dear PAO,
I cannot locate my Torrens title despite my exhaustive effort to find the same. One (1) year have already elapsed so I am now contemplating to file an appropriate case for the issuance of another copy of said title. May I know the requirements for this process? Is the execution of an affidavit of loss, registration of the same with the Registry of Deeds, and filing of a case before the court sufficient for the issuance of a duplicate title?

Thanks for the information.. mam yung mr kopo ay bumili ng lupa bilang regalo sa aming anak. kung saan yun po galing ng rd ang ibinigay ng i t transfer po need po pala yung title na original. Nawala nadaw po. Sa RD po nakakuha naman kami. Ng blue. At naka pag file ng lost title sa court. Namatay po sa stress ang mr ko. As of now ilang taon napo wala parin po balita nag bayad po kami ng 100k para sa 2 title. Maraming salamat po.

Mam @ sir .ano po ang gagawin nmin .kung ang titolo po namin naging colateral sa utang nmin ngaun po ang patakaran po ng kanyang pautang 10% sa loob po ng 6months..ngaun po hnd kmi nkapag bigay ng interest..idadagdag po uli sa puhunan ung interest.ngaun po kukunin nila titolo ililipat na rw po nila sa kanyang pangalan...ano po gagawin nmin..

hello po, talaga po bang taon ang inaabot bago lumabas ang new duplicate title? Mag 3 years na po kasi na sinasabi ng may-ari na wala pa din daw po update sa paglabas ng new duplicate title. Sana po ay mapansin. Thank u!😊

The TCT of the land owned by my grandfather was lost long after he died in 1987. What is the TCT reissue process, specifically who should file a petition for reissue?

Hi there. may I know if you guys already have an idea of what course of action to take here? I have the same problem. We cannot find the TCT of the house we're currently living in. We only have the photocopy (The lot is actually a part of 3 separate titles originally under my grandmother's name, we have the TCT for the other 2) My grandmother later transferred 1 of those 3 titles to my dad's name. My dad only found out about this transfer a few months before my dad died when we found the photocopy. Now we're not sure how to go about this.

Good eve po. Nag request ako ng certified true copy sa RD-QC. Ang sabi “not existing”, pero meron po ako owner’s duplicate copy. As per RD, na include sa sunog nun 1998. Ano po kaya ang next move ko?

Kung hawak niyo po ang original title. Magffile po kayo ng judicial reconstitution. Better ask RD about it.

Pwede po ba manghingi ng tulong lost title po ang samen humingi na po kame sa rd certified thru copy na naka indicate po ang lost gusto po sana namen makakuha ng orig copy ng bahay namen kaso wala po kame pang gastos para maayos
