Ren's in poor health mate - he's struggling to even keep his own work and dreams on track and had a major setback whilst filming at the weekend with co-infections related to his Lyme which put him in A&E ahead of months of treatment in Canada starting later this month. He's got a heart of gold but needs to put himself first or he will totally collapse - there's also a huge queue of established artists who wanted to collab with him that he turned down and others in pipeline he didn't. Respect the hustle man but being completely honest with you looking at where things are he's probably got more on his wish list than he could cope with already right now. Could your friend not start (as he did) putting her music out there on KZbin and performing in public for free using the internet to increase her exposure ? It all takes time and determination. Every Artist who isn't an industry insider has to go through the process of self-promotion.

Ren's socials are all being managed by his team/friends right now, I think they're trying to help manage his stress levels so he gets the rest his body needs. You can never say never with anything in life but in the meantime Cliff Beats recommends uploading 2 new tracks, covers, clips etc a week to youtube/insta/FB/TikTok etc. to start getting an online presence going. If stuff isn't out there then nobody is going to find it.

The only way to avoid them is don't distribute outside close friends and family; the result is you'll never know if what you're doing is really any good. READ THIS PART CAREFULLY: I don't agree with the trolls and haters, what I'm saying is the ARE inevitable. They're one way of knowing for sure that you're reaching a larger audience, because they WILL ALWAYS, ALWAYS appear, it doesn't matter how good what you put out there is. You have to put your work out there and learn how to handle the negativity that WILL come. My advice: if its one person, its a hater; a couple of people with similar points: its good enough that people are listening with a critical ear, take the W for that and grow with the advice. Always keep in mind that engagement HELPS your algorithm, so even the seemingly negative are helping you out, regardless of whether they're just haters or genuinely giving advice but in a direct manner. Don't delete comments, that will invite more because it makes you seem sensitive and not secure enough to let others have opinions (plus like say, they help your algorithm). The #1 most important rule is you want people to listen, no matter what. If you're worried about the trolls and negativity, you're not ready to go anywhere in this business yet. Respectfully.
