Also a thing to note is if you're a male with a good hairline and long hair or medium length hair , it is normal to shed hair - shedding and losing hair is different. Shedding is normal because our hair follicles go through phases called androgen and telluvium effluvium basically hair sheds in the telogen phase and in some seasons it sheds more than some seasons. Losing around 20-50 hairs is very normal whereas losing around 200-300 in one sitting is a sign of male pattern baldness . Take care of your hair by fixing your diet , applying oils removing toxic products which contain parabens and sulfates and replace them with natural products ( ofc 100% natural products are near impossible to find and you'd be a dork to try finding such products) but there are alot of good and better products which succeed those like head and shoulders etc .
