I understand where you are coming from and this is good advice, but let’s be honest. You can run every load, never complain, never be late, no violations, for a year or even two years and it doesn’t mean anything. They don’t care about you. They don’t know you. End of the day, all the matters is your driving record and your safety. Half these dm’s don’t have a clue about the area they send you or the problems that arise. They don’t know what your skill level is. They think your clock is theirs to manage. I learned early on, that’s my clock, my CDL. I’ll manage my clock how I decide to manage it. If the dm wants to bust my chops, I’ll just call safety. My truck, my CDL, my clock, my responsibilities not his.

Man you went off I ain't listened to you in a minute, I was fortunate and blessed to start my career, with more good experiences than bad. But this whole video was fire. But yeah in some ways they got a lil a** too. 😂😂😂 I called myself being smart but I still made some mistakes while making good decisions.
