10. [26:17] Wecurrently are being assailed by a barrage of confusion and evil. The confused and/or evil ones would magnify the existingCSA problem to immense proportions to satisfy the agenda of the enemy. The data they have solicited and purport to possess is greatly exaggerated. It is also collected and interpreted in a manner that is very questionable at best and fraudulent at worst. The statistics provided by “mental health professionals” have absolutely no application to members of God’s family. These stats / data have been based entirely on individuals who are not a part of God’s family. Children of God have access to power to change that others do not. Our salvation depends on accessing this power from God to change. Additionally God’s children have a conscience that typically leads them to experience remorseful feelings, and act differently than people with no influence of God, in any way, in their day to day living. So all the yammering about those statistics based on random worldly individuals is of no value to God’s children at all. Beware of those that profess a desire to help and/or fix the spiritual/moral problems of the creation but have no connection or relationship with the Creator. These people are better suited to involve themselves with others that do not know God. Their definition of the term “victim” is questionable and lacks credibility, as they do not have any sense of what God deems as accountable behavior by those He created. We do not want their influence or teachings to continue amongst us. No child of God has the authority from Heaven to turn anyone into a “mandated reporter”. This is against God's commandment in Matthew 18. 11. [35:00] We are brothers and sisters first… saints or servants second. No one who loves as God loves in going to EVER assume a brother or sister is guilty until proven innocent. This is what the people who abide in death do. Not us. Forbidding a brother or sister from attending gospel meetings because of an unproven allegation or accusation is just eviland must be stopped and rectifiedimmediately. What a display of a lack of love and wisdom. Those that practice this obviously believe that they or others are above that voice/commandment of God as recorded in Matthew 18. Additionally, no person has ever been harmed during any of our meetings. 12. [36:54] There is a time and place to report any crime. This is found at the conclusion of Matthew 18:17. This is God’s “law” for us and for those among us that are consumed with concern about obeying various laws of men.No law of man will ever supersede God’s law and instruction. . 13. [37:26] The laws of men are often flawed and imperfect. For Example: a 14 or 15 year old male can walk into a public place and shoot and wound or kill a number of women. This 15 year old will very likely be charged in court as an adult because we/society recognize that he knew exactly what he was doing and is responsible for his actions. However, if this same 15 year old saw one of those same adult women in a public place and they agreed to engage in sexual intercourse privately, our laws would classify him as a victim because he is, by the law of men, deemed unable to make a responsible decision about sex but definitely able when it comes to a very serious felony such as murder or even attempted murder. Some states have tried and convicted 12 and 13 year old children as adults for crimes such as murder. So the laws of men need some serious adjustments many times. The laws or commandments of God are perfect. 14. [37:26] Romans 8:7 The carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God Numerous instances of people being characterized as victims are in error. In order for us as God’s children to judge righteous judgement concerning who the true victims are we should consider the following:

15. [37:26] Legal Age of consent In approx.. 50% of the states the legal age of consent is 18. In the other 50% the legal age of consent is either 16 or 17. In China, Germany and Italy the legal age of consent is 14. In Canada the age of consent is 16. These are a small sample of the various decisions of men. Much more are posted on the internet. 16. [37:26] Age of accountability In majority of states people/children at the ages of 13, 14 and 15 are tried as adults if they have committed a serious felony. This indicates the belief that people classified as “minors” can be held liable and accountable for the crimes they have committed and are capable of discerning right from wrong. 17. [37:26] We often acknowledge and facilitate the desires of young people, ages approx. 9 to 15 to serve God and publicly make their choice known. This indicates we believe they can discern right from wrong and that God does hold them accountable for their thoughts and actions. This is between the individual and God but clearly the age of accountability is younger than 18 in almost all cases. If you want a real eye opener about the accountability of children read 2 Kings 2:23-24. Here 42 little children were torn up by 2 bears. Hopefully they lived. Balance or imbalance of influence and/or power 18. [39:49] The Bible informs us that first perceived imbalances of power or influence occurred in the Garden of Eden. Eve with the natural power and influence she had at her creation used it to persuade Adam to disobey the voice and commandment of God. This significant power persuaded Adam to place her desires above God’s commandment. In 1 Kings 11 it tells us that in yet another display of immense power and influence, Solomon’s wives turned his heart from God and convinced him to align himself with their false gods. We need to remember Solomon was the wisest man that ever lived… second only to Jesus, yet women had the power to turn his heart away from God. In the book of Judges we can read how a woman influenced Samson to the point where he lost all his God given strength, had both his eyes poked or burned out rendering him blind and was imprisoned by the enemy until his death. It is apparent that most women are born with an immense power to influence men to do right or wrong. So it is foolish to portray any woman or girl that is of the age where God would hold them accountable as total victims unless they were physically forced or in some cases touched or grabbed unexpectedly. Some deceitful voices would want us to believe that women are always the victims of men with power and / or influence and that they are helpless and unaccountable. The Bible and all history would indicate otherwise. 19. [42:32] There are voices that would want us to believe that false accusers do not exist. The Bible does not agree. Genesis 39 tells is that Joseph was falsely accused of attempted rape. So just a little bit of logic would indicate to us that this has happened many times since Joseph had to endure the severe punishment of a false accusation. 20. [43:47] Accountable or unaccountable There are only 2 kinds of people. There are those that God holds accountable for their actions, words and thoughts and there are those that God does not hold accountable. God’s viewpoint on the matter is not subject to men’s laws or traditions or opinions or whims. God’s viewpoint is the only viewpoint that matters and has eternal consequences. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 21. [45:34] At this time there are people who have set up “non-profit” organizations and they want your money. Keep in mind all false churches are “non-profit” but yet many people working in the “non-profit” make a lot of money. The people that are setting these up believe that God, our Creator, needs their help or they actually just would like some money and see an opportunity. So one of the ways this thing works is…. I can name a brother or sister worker who is dead…. and say they “abused” me in some small or outrageous fashion. So now I need money for “therapy” and other things to help me cope with my various needs. Also, I am having trouble holding a job so I will need your money to pay all my bills. We can all see where this road leads to. These people actually need our prayers not our money. 22. [43:53] God gave us life. We trade away significant portions of that God given life for money. So is the money solely ours? God does watch how we earn “our” money and what we do with that money after we earn it. All the tangible money we possess contains the statement “In God WeTrust” Is this true? There are many other ways to use “our” money in a way that will actually please God, our Father and our Creator. 23. [49:40] God made Adam out of dust. Then he took one bone and made his helper/wife Eve. So first he used dust to create a man and then he used one rib/bone to create a woman. In Ezequiel 37 he created an army out of a valley of very dry bones. In 2 Kings 13:21 he put enough power in the bones of Elisha to bring a dead man back to life. Jesus healed numerous people of various ailments. Does this sound like someone that cannot understand what you are going through and cannot help you? Do you believe you are going through something that Jesus did not experience and therefore cannot understand? Weknow that Jesus and God our loving Father and Creator are able to fix or heal any part of us. So we, as members of His family, should always seek him first and point others to Him first as the answer to problems of the heart, mind and soul. If you are not getting sufficient help from God for your problems of the heart, mind and soul is it because he is not able to help? Is it because he does not want to help? It is not either one of these. He loves us and does want to help. Jesus faced all the issues any of us have any possibility of facing. God helped him live perfectly. This is the example of Jesus. He did not need or seek the modern medicine of man. Jesus was a man who helped others who had spent all their money on the modern medicine of their time. 24. [50:35] At the present time it is the experience of some people that certain drugs have helped their minds reason and function in a correct fashion. This is undisputable to those who are experiencing this and is between them and their Creator. Some of the known side effects are quite severe. Extreme caution is advisable. If you want to reduce stress in your life quitlistening to the voices that are contrary to the teaching of God. If you insist on listening to voices that are contrary to God’s you will damage yourself. 25. [54:57] In conclusion, we, who are in God’s family are daily benefiting from the same mercy, love, patience and provision that God’s children have experienced since time began. Each new day brings the incredible opportunity for God’s miraculous work to continue in our lives. Each day Jesus is praying for us. Each day there is the immense power of God on our side. Jesus has prepared a place for us and is waiting for us. There are really no words to describe our good fortune. John 13:34 A NEW commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you. Words of Jesus to use as a daily guide to help us with our thinking. 26. [56:26] BTW... the latest report on the investigation that was initiated based on complaints and allegations presented to the Omaha, Nebraska field office of the FBI have to far resulted in a "nothing burger". There is no doubt that problems exist however the size of the problems have been grossly exaggerated by those who are lacking love, wisdom and God's guidance. Since you asked for my opinion (ha-ha), this church is one of the most narcissistic of all the sects of Christianity. I've been studying narcissism for about 26 years, and when I finally got it, everything became clear to me. I see it so clearly now in all human relationships. I see it in some aspects of my previous self. I see it in my "sweet" Mom (still in). I see it in my grandmother who got us all in this mess to start with. She wanted to be RIGHT. Exclusive. Above everyone else--probably out of a need to hide her own immoral acts in her younger years. It's a horrible malignancy on the human experience. We see it everywhere. In politics, business, academia, and sadly, mostly in families. This letter you are referring to is classic narcissism. Yes, I know this term is flowing around freely as of late and often not correctly, but if you really study it, it will help you understand what in The Hell is going on here.

Thank you Vern for saying the unspeakable. I couldn’t agree more! I’m at a loss for words. Because I care about my friends and children , who still think God will work it out in the 2x2 religion , still think this goes back to the shores of Galilee, or that it’s an isolated thing. Since leaving, I’ve come to know Jesus in such a way, I feel compelled to stand on the street corner and tell people, “Do you know Jesus?He is amazing! Here’s what he has done!”Praise God!

I think part of the issue is that at one time (today they are telling people to stay off the internet) workers were telling people to not read letters that victims (I’m assuming) were sending out (before computers and cell phones) because they were bad, wrong, bitter and would lead them astray. If you get one just burn it, don’t even open it! The generation that heard that over and over and over still have that very much imbedded in their beliefs and fear information. The same thought process went for any books about the group. The Holy Spirit cannot help you discern in these matters, I guess, so they made sure to remind members often. Also burn all lists with names on them. The group is telling people they are not exclusive in 2024 but for generations have told people that those who have left are lost. Their souls are going to a lost eternity (hell) but that doesn’t mean we are exclusive. Talk about cognitive dissonance! 😳.

Nice pick-apart. Just as an aside; that was an interesting observation about alternative medicine and I think it holds water. My own family were/are huge fans of chiropractic- one chiropractor in particular actually, who is also into reflexology and applied kinesiology. Thinking back to other people that I knew in the 2x2s there was a lot of alternative health and medicine.

@@JacquieRyan-n4r it’s off-base, for sure. But, I would argue that’s it’s actually very representative, though. Friends happily share this author’s letters among themselves, even proudly posting them online. I’ve heard workers and friends say almost every single thing in this letter. I only picked this letter because all of the nonsense was put in one place, which made it very simple to respond to.

Wow. What a load of trash. I feel like I just stood next to you for an hour while you explained a dumpster fire. I thought I knew who wrote this until I saw it is someone who is married with kids. Now I’m not as sure, but really, most of the 2x2s I know could have written it since the beliefs/indoctrination is the same. Sadly. It’s interesting, because you touched on the reason I really started to question, and the final straw that finally made me stop going. The thing that made me really question is having a good friend at work that wasn’t part of ‘God’s true church’, but was 100x more godly than 95% of the 2x2s I knew. The straw that broke the camel’s back/event that broke my shelf, was calling family from the ER telling them I was having a mental health crisis and would be staying at the hospital for a few days and would be unreachable, and getting the response ‘if you would have prayed more earnestly, this wouldn’t have happened.’ I haven’t been back.

It’s also interesting that he doesn’t mention the relevant verses about what God has planned for those who mistreat children. Or verses about how well Jesus spoke about and treated women, even ones with shady pasts. I guess since all of the allegations are made up, it doesn’t matter though 🙄🙄🙄
