I was 4 when no more sheets came out but my Mama and Grandmother had the book and talked about it. When I was a teen in college, I saw it for $0.92 at a thrift store. I bought it and read it in one night. Went on KZbin and had a God encounter in my college apartment the next day. That was December 2012. I was affirmed to preach the following month. Thank you Dr. Jaunita Bynum. I watch that sermon every few years because it’s sobering!

Back in 1994 while I was in undergrad, I heard a message entitled, Don't Get off the Train. Someone gave me a cassette copy of a copy that was copied several times and could barely hear it. I had to turn my stereo on full blast to hear the message. I was in a toxic relationship with a guy who was very controlling and God sent that cassette to change my life. I didn't even know her name. God spoke through Prophetess Bynum to me. Right in the middle of her message she called out the name Wille and said, let Willie go. How about that was the name of the guy I was involved with! Needless to say, I got out of that relationship and haven't looked back since. Dr. Bynum you are a gift to the Body of Christ. Thank for your transparency and obedience in your walk before the Lord.

It is good to hear her speak for herself rather than the narratives others create about her. Hearing Dr Bynum talk about her joy at 65 is why I’m excited about aging gracefully as a happy, informed, empowered, and inspired woman. Being grown is lovely 😁 I am happy for her. I didn’t watch No More Sheets until 2013. Still it was life-changing. She said, if you have someone in your heart (a fallback, plan B, people in rotation) you’re not single. I began the process of separating myself from those comfort zones until I was actually single. It’s been a great journey towards my destiny. I don’t mind waiting 😊

I had been weary because it had been one thing after the other trying to kill the birthing of God's healing and deliverance ministry in me. I love Dr. Bynum. I grew up off of her. My mom would always play her tapes and watch her. I Don't Mind Waiting, forever was imprinted inside of me. So no matter the challenge or struggle I encounter I can sing that song and know all is well. Going thru divorce with a husband that was alcoholic. There were rough nights sometimes where I didn't have peace due to him wanting to argue and yell. But baby......one night I put on "My Peace" in repeat and peace was had. My kids and I slept good that night. Calmed until divorce final. So Dr. Bynum has followed me thru my childhood on and I can never get enough of her prophetic voice and how God uses her.

1996 I worked at St Louis State hospital there was a TV with a VHS recorder we were about to watch TV with the patients and somebody said I got this video with Juanita bynum no more sheets when I tell you impatient thought I was crazy and that I needed a shot. Yezzz LORD! I remember both as if it was yesterday I watched her sooo much, I knew her voice.. I remember going out of town to pick up from someone in the projects and I hear her preaching on someone’s TV..I followed her voice and as I got close to the door, I yelled Juanita Bynum, the lady opened the door, we watched it together, I didn’t know her, the young lady that I picked up is about 33 years old now.. I was 10 years old when I went to a conference she had in Chicago. Myself, mother, and my twin sister were in the overflow. I remember walking up to the screen, and I felt the Holy Ghost then & had a Baptist fit, lol. That was my first time being filled with the Holy Spirit. I am now 34 years old.
