These are really cute. I’m jumping down DJJ rabbit holes and clicking on videos KZbin recommends for me. This was the first video recommended after today’s premiere.

Me gustan mucho tus embellecedores y que ya tienes todo listo para crearlos y no andas improvisando con retacitos amiga. ¡Muy bonitos! Y tienes perforadoras increíbles también.

I thought of a tip, afraid I will forget, so stopping the video to tell you. I love the gold metallic cardstock, great to use w/ dies and punches but it is expensive. However, if you go to Hobby Lobby, in the section where they sell the poster board, you will find large metallic posterboard. It comes in gold and silver. They have it on sale, 2 for $1 quite often. Othherwise it's $1.29 for one. It's the big posterboard size so a great deal. And it's not too thick/heavy for punches; yet sturdy and holds up well. I check whenever I'm in the store and if they are on sale I buy 2. I find I prefer the gold, and have not used my silver much so I no longer buy it. Back to the video!

great idea and we are getting a hobby lobby soon
@dinahsoar69827 жыл бұрын
Nice that you are getting a HL! Mine is an hour one way. I have limited storage and the poster board is large; I don't want to mar it, so I cut it down to 8.5 x 11 or thereabouts. The first time I bought it, it was on sale 2 for $1. I bought 2 gold and 2 silver; I don't use much silver so now I only buy the gold.

This is a fantastic tip. Totally forgot about the poster board at Hobby Lobby. It was just on sale 2/$1~

It would be hard to pick a favorite b/c I think they are all so pretty. Love them; it was a lot of fun watching you make them; I like how you combine them and the color ways. Thanks for doing this. I know it's time consuming. ♥♥♥

I'm watching your video right now, but thought of something and was afraid I'd forget. I was in Michaels yesterday and they had a unicorn themed party stamp set and it had a couple of dies included with the set ; one was a unicorn die. It was really cute. With a coupon it would be inexpensive. I look in the kids section too; and the miniatures; found some adorable mini mushrooms. AND the bakery section has some cool things too. Have you seen yennystorytale youtube channel? She makes the cutest embellishments using cupcake liners. She got me hooked on them. My collection keeps growing. Back to your video! I was SO EXCITED to see it is a LONG video. I think I'm an embellishment junkie.
@Dearjuliejulie7 жыл бұрын
I have seen that set and they are gone at our Michaels but that's okay I have a lot of unicorn stuff in my stash and will make me be more creative... I also have a lot of cupcake liners and crepe paper... I'm glad you liked a long video... thank you so much for watching...
@dinahsoar69827 жыл бұрын
I find I'm more creative the less I have. But I love punches and dies. I love punches best b/c they are fast; but there are so many great dies and they take up a lot less room. Thank you for making videos; I love watching them.

I have the wreath that you're asking about, so I'll give you some info, and maybe you can find it. It's Spellbinders S4-572 The one Julie used is the smaller of the 2 wreaths in the set. There are some flowers and leaves, too.
