Played 4 times with my brother (his game) and won once. overwhelmed, he had 1 dude left, I had none; level 4 was the activate and roll a die to either insta-win or insta-die. So damn tense. Most tense I've ever felt playing card game. When he rolled and we won it was such a relief. This game is really fun. As others have said it seemed really complex at first but after a few turns everything falls into place. Well worth buying.

Played this three times yesterday. Won twice. Brothers Lorenzo and Claudio are heroes! In fact, we played with two players on the 3-player setup, with each of us controlling 3 squads. It's much better than the 2-player varient because you get to use all of the soldiers.

I think I played this game once in a club, it was a little complicated and I don't think we understood it until halfway through. But it was still pretty fun and worth a look if you like Warhammer.

Great game, I bought it and its one of our favourites now. Even my 6 year old daughter can play it. (after I explained the special powers/event card's text)

The original board game is a classic, easily the best board game GW ever wrote. But it's horribly expensive, and it's good to see an affordable version on with a solitaire variant.

I'll be getting Death Angel. I always considered buying Ghost Stories, but figured it would never get played. But with this game - ! Compactness, great theme and solitaire option. How perfect is that?!? Thanks for the review, Tom.

when you leavo a location, you kill one genestealer for each support token that has been put on the door( each time you activate the door it gets one support token), so it can be used to prevent genestealer follow you into the next locaion of the game

Thanks for the review Tom. I ordered Death Angel but it's not released yet in CSI website, still waiting for it to be shipped. Still waiting for more of the new releases like Castle Ravenloft, Heroes of Graxia, Lord of the Rings LCG (Co-op) and others!

As another person has already said, you really owe it to yourself to try the full game. It is a very tactical game that requires a lot of planing but also a lot of tactical flexibility. As far as 2 player games goes, Space hulk (3rd edition) is my favorite (1st edition out of the box is good, some of the addons removes a bit of the elegance from the game (they are still fun though), and 2nd edition feels a bit stripped).

It's quite nice game. Great advantage is the compactnes. But a word of warning - it's really random.

I agree that the rules were very badly written. But its' a fun game. It's an uphill battle trying to win, but IMHO the harder co-op games are the best ones.

This game was a dissappointment, especially after all the hype. Usually I love co-operative games, but this one was so... lifeless. Also, this game is 90% of luck and sometimes way too easy to beat.
