Infinite is so screwed, especially when it has been hinted that Eggman offed him, not only that, in the prequel, he was curbstomped by shadow, all the whilst majora managed to put up a fight against the hero of time, plus this was after he defeated ganondorf in both forms, said forms killed the hero of time, leading to the downfall timeline, plus majora can basically move the goddamn MOON

I don't know about that. I pretty sure it's implied that young HoT didn't physically defeat Ganondorf, but provided warnings and evidence of his schemes preventing him from gaining power. Also, in addition to Skull Kid catching Link completely off gaurd, Link was no longer empowered by the Master Sword, the Sage Medallions, and maybe even the Triforce, thus being far weaker than the adult for that defeated Ganon. In regards to scaling, Infinite is also moon level minimum. Sure, Skull Kid figured out his powers faster, but he also only had them for like a week tops while Infinite had far more time to gain experience with his powers. Also, Shadow might have beaten him in their first encounter, but Infinite completely bodied Sonic(Shadow's equal) in their first encounter. Sure, that was a jumping too, but Sonic took a way bigger beating the Link did comparatively. Although, this would be less of an issue if Majora took over. Infinite was able to create replicas of other moon-level beings like Shadow and Metal. Sure, they were weaker than the original, but even if they were only 1% of the original's power, Infinite created an army of hundreds. And that's not even including the fact he also pulled a star out of nowhere. I love this fight. It's an amazing concept. But it's far closer than some might think, with implications that Infinite has a high chance of winning, unless Majora takes advantage of Infinite's relatively fragile ego/mental state to an impressive degree.

Honestly, I like a lot Infinite. Even though I think he is kinda wasted in the game about friendship, he is very cool. And Skull Kid is pretty cool too! I love this matchup
