I've said it before, but I LOVE these videos! 💛 I do have hard time accepting anger as part of spiritual life. I wish I was zen, you know? I work on this and I do get better, but sometimes I get angry, then I hate being angry so I'm angry at myself for the hate of being angry at the hate, etc... It spirals down and it's no good! 😅 I try to accept and integrate my shadows, I guess. (Is it TMI? Sorry😅) Anyway, thanks for the food for thought! 💛
