In 2016, while prepping to pull 500kgs, Eddie Hall completed the "Dead By Deadlift''. A Massive Pyramid Deadlift that goes up from 60kg to 420kg in 40kg increments. Today, I attempt it with pound plated and we go from, 135lbs to 941lbs.
Wish me luck.

Yeah Mitch said it was maybe a standard gym bar but Eddie had his own bars at his gym strength asylum, he talked about one of his bars getting locked up that big wide one after a few people hurt themselves with it.

yeah, the bar is a must. with the flex normal bars have I dont think you'll be able to get it without plates sliding and falling off. Not sure how Eddie managed that. Could be his bar also had slightly longer sleeves.

@@deltalima6703beltless is way better… it develops ur abdominal muscles hence why even at the body fat % that Eddie is his abs r still visible and absolutely massive. Wearing belt will stop ur abdominal muscles from activating and won’t strengthen them

@ghosthero0806 9 ай бұрын
@@animalscars3799 this is an absurd understanding of what the belt does. the belt gives something for your abdominal wall to brace against, enabling much more activation of your abdominal muscles than beltless, which is the real reason you can lift more safer with a belt. you can use your abdominal muscles MORE with the belt. that's the advantage.
