I had mars in 12 house in libra sign with lord of 8th house mercury. I got married in foreign country and permanent settle here . My Venus is also In 9th house with Rahu . As far as Mangal dosh exceptions u r correct. But who is having Mangal at 2,4,7,8,12 there will be Mangal affect not dosh. That is the compatibility with Mangal not having same place is not good and there will be bed of thrones. Thy quarrel frequently and suffer life. So it is better if they r having Mangal 2,4,7,8,12 so that they will not go for divorce but adjust each other. Otherwise there may be chances of seperation. So Mangal placement is essential to examine.

I am managlik and it's cancelled for many rules thanks god. I married non managlik but it was a real hell marriage. At that time I did know nothing about vedic astrology or any kind of astrology rules. It lasted for two years but it was a real mess and prision to me. I had one child who's also managlik like me and was born on the same day of mine only a week apart from my birth date. And he also has a dosha cancellation because we both were born on Tuesday I am 7th of November and my child is 1st of November.
