The world would be a much better place if more people realized that the body is the only thing that dies, and that consciousness is more than simply a byproduct of the human brain.

Yes. Almost the original NDE channel. Huemer is exemplar for all interviewers; there is no nonsense here. There is also no bias on THANATOS TV, and "religion" is only inferred. I recommend this channel to anyone, to everyone that i can. It is as important as anything else in our [brief] lives.

I have been through similar life experiences. I am so relieved to hear extensive discussions all over the internet about sexual abuse and consciousness beyond the physical. As innocence we are born into this life to raise the energy, I believe. Like anything in nature. Being beyond duality. Not taking sides. Being.

A delightful discussion - thank you, both. As a postmaterialist and retired eye doctor, I was taught that "the mind is what the brain does." I now believe that such an uninformed remark is pure, unmitigated bullshit. Full stop. I've believed for decades that I am no more my material casing than is the violin to be credited for either the musical score or the musician's genius. "Say Yes to Life." Brilliant.💜
@tim59ism
@tim59ism 3 ай бұрын
@DrFuzzyface The evidence clearly supports it, now. Many doctors are abandoning mind = brain not only because of these experiences but because there is no way to explain how brain cells can produce our sense of self, our thoughts, feelings etc. It may take a few more years before the really hard line materialists accept it though.

This conversation particularly shows and underlines the intricacies of the"space and time" through our connections between birth and death. This intervew Herr Hümer, underlines the ebb and flow during our development whether it be here or elsewhere in a material world and that place where we continue as pure consciousness. I will have to listen to this conversation a few more times. Thank you ever so much for sharing this with us. I would like to know how we can hear and view the original interviews in German. I have two children in Germany, although they speak English, perhaps thke "version originale " would also be interesting. Thank you once again Herr Hümer.

My great grandfather, a well-known doctor, had a typical near death experience under surgery in the early nineteenth century. I heard about it in the 1950s from my mother. It seems even then that it was quite a well-known phenomenon, although I never heard the name NDE until much later.

This phenomenon was known about, of course, and talked about, but I can say from my 42 years on this Earth that KZbin and podcasting has made this topic very accessible. No TV producers trying to sensationalize it, or edit these stories down, etc. Also medical scientists have been able to study and report on it without stigma, where 30 years ago it was categorized with Bigfoot and ghost stories. Now it's taken more seriously. Also people these days are pulling away from organized religion but still looking for something spiritual, so the popularity of this phenomenon has grown, people are more willing to share their experience.

I would pull out my older sister’s catechism book, and pray to Jesus to take me home. Never have had fear of death… though have experienced maybe 25 years ago now, fear during meditation of loss of identity… seems like a lifelong journey of letting go of attachment to identity… while still performing roles well… fully engaged in life… challenging. Different practices and therapies…. helpful. 🙏👍🏻✌🏻

An awesome interview. Among the best that I have ever heard. ONE CORRECTION; "tear" @ 31:20 is likely "tier" or level. That being said, this is a far better interview than most, worthy of reviewing, and listing in favorites, easily. Ms. Schapper's has so many commonalties with me, (or I with her), that it boggles me. Both being the last child, both having broke with "family traditions" to seek the Spiritual, both with early abuse, both open-minded and progressive. . . . Looking forward to a LONG conversation with her in The Afterlife. The Anke Evertz interview was also recommendable. But few others reach this level of "lucidity." Huge "LIKE" from me.

Apparently there really is only one mind, one life. Yet this mind imagined a bunch of characters. We are these “characters”, we call them souls. Every animal (including humans), plants, all living things, and even minerals can be inhabited by these souls. Souls supposedly have free will and incarnation is always voluntary.

One can be very badly injured in a crash without driving fast, especially when they're not wearing a seatbelt. She said she had an abdominal injury from the steering wheel. A steering wheel impact at just the right angle in just the right spot could kill at 25 mph. Flip side, much of my family lives in rural areas, speed limit is 55 mph when they leave the driveway and many drive much faster. They can easily be driving quite fast less than 100 meters from home.

She was driving about 49 miles per hour. My question is, why was her partner asking her if she could drive herself? Was the partner chauvinistic? Or did she tend to be a little reckless? Maybe she was processing what was said to her… in her head a bit, irritated as she took off and stepped on the pedal a little too much… forgetting to buckle up.

I agree with everything. She said that because it lines up with the oh called mystical organization. I have studied practically my whole life and that is theosophy, In particular, The theosophical order in america. I am 86 now And studit from twenty on , but also firstly studied the Rosie Crucian order First from 17 to 20. Which Is a very grounded mystical O c c u l t organization. The reason for rebirth or re incarnation is that we are supposed to master life and we can't do it of course in one life. In loving God, you will find. Then that you can love yourself And then proceed with The great task Of loving and learning!!!

I can say from my experience that death does exist for the Ego but not for consciousness. Ego identity does die when the body dies, personal memory dies because identity is memory. identity is not reborn only consciousness which has no identity is reborn and a new identity is built from experience after rebirth.

Death of the body is real. But humanity is more than just a body, I believe that's been well established this day and age.

All these trainings she went through, If she would’ve just meditated she would’ve known all the same things. Healing and awakening is all very much a direct meeting with reality. ☮️💜🙏✨

Quite the opposite, death is a reality, there’s no illusion about that. What happens after is another story.

death is an ilusion from the individuality dream or game that we are in, I saw it on the mushroom trip (7dg in silent darkness) and the entity also said it, laughing her ass of while saying it.

She mentions that we are potentially dealing with ancestral trauma 7 generations back! if you do the math exponentially thats trauma from many hundreds of people maybe a thousand (i cannot do that math) 🧐. Thats a heck of a lot of traumas! 😮

*Neither the human body nor the human spirit is "LIFE The Real Self" which is an Offspring and Child of "The LIGHT",* *which is "The LIFE of GOD"... The body I experience, was pronounced "DEAD On ARRIVAL" at a medical center in 1973... More than half an hour passed, then its heart started beating again... During that time I, "LIFE The Real Self", ( NOT The Human entity ) entered The LIGHT, and have remained in The LIGHT to this day...*

Wow I was at a funeral and the person sure looked dead and had not been back since. Wow you say death is an illusion, well tell that to the people buried. If conciseness continues after death and I hope it does and think it might, that’s not life. Life is the multiplication of cells and I assure you when your dead your cells stop working and decompose. To be alive as life is defined requires a functional body. If awareness continues that’s great however you still will die your body will die and without a body you are not alive. Nothing on this planet is alive without some kind of a physical form or body. Don’t confuse the continuation of awareness with life. This woman said she had to go back because her LIFE WAS NOT IVER, had she stayed where ever she was HER LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER.

Life on the physical plane. If you do more research and meditation you may have more understanding of the process. We do live on much beyond the physical shell. In fact life has only begun when we transcend this earthly existence. Those that are dead out of ignorance truly are "dead". For if you only live for the physical body and physical existence then what is the point of existence? If you say there is no God or an afterlife you will be rudely awakened. Mend your ways Gross materialists such as yourself really are in darkness and will have many lifetimes of karma to sort out this reality. Jesus raised the dead and this is the message. Amen

John Mac, I think you may be misperceiving what she is saying. Yes, the body will die and decompose into the earth hopefully if cremated or a natural burial without embalming fluids, and become plants, trees, etc. But the essence will continue, and most likely reincarnate to some other form/person/time. She is not saying otherwise. The Truth of Who We Are does not die, but she also spoke of living in the physical life/body/personality to its fullest, integration of… the “spiritual” and the physical.
