Ironically enough, Mortarion himself is a sorcerer. Nurgle's generous gifts fester in the 14th son like gangrene in an unwilling host. Since he cannot be rid of it, he deals with it the only way he can: unleashing it upon his enemies, thus spreading Nurgle's fecund bounty yet further. Truly, the Grandfather works in mysterious ways.

Superb video, Sir Balders! In a way we can thank Morty's hypocrisy because his distaste in sorcery probably keeps the Death Guard from embracing the power of their sorcerers and psykers because with them fully supported they could be even more lethal and dangerous. Then again, Mortarion is a bit of a case of brain rot. Btw, I always love your Nurgle-related entries a lot because of the way you pronounce their key characteristics (they roll so nicely disgustingly off your tongue) and because of the awesome background tunes.

Oooh looks like our favorite Word Bearer has some trouble coming his way. I just hope that the Baron knows just how…connected, the Word Bearer is.
