I was the very last person to legitimately keeping IE alive. At first it was just pressing the link, then I had to get rid of redirects, after a while I had to search for the traces of it to run. And somewhere around year ago update made Explorer obsolete. Even opening iexplore.exe directly redirects to Edge. It's possible to run older windows and kill updates, or maybe there is some arguments to force iexplore.exe to open normally, but as far as casual windows 10 goes, we lost it... Good-bye, pal. I am gonna miss you.
