I wholeheartedly agree. Where most of my jaw dropping awe stems from here though is in 0:17-0:20 where his voice goes polyphonic. His voice achieves releasing two different voices simultaneously. What makes this laugh so incredible is not only the vouce acting , but the fact that light finally broke his mask , that mask he had been wearing since the first episode he was finally able to say his true feeling with his true expressions . Not like his "perfect human being" ones. Light unaccepting defeat and arguing with near was still somewhat in character but light laughing maniacly , calling his father a stupid man was what broke his mask and showed his true villanous intentions.
