I never played the original, only the DC re-release. So I like seeing what was added. Mostly minor things, but the firing range is a big change.

That road in the mountain is the biggest change. You dont get how much of a mission it was getting there and having to go back and forth over ziplines. That road makes it all easier.

Thanks! On Steam it also says "DIRECTOR’S CUT on PC includes HIGH FRAME RATE, PHOTO MODE and ULTRA-WIDE MONITOR SUPPORT" which is useful for those of us with ultra wide. And: "Also includes cross-over content from Valve Corporation’s HALF-LIFE series and CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077." Not sure what this means.

The Director's Cut only improves the experience, in my opinion 😀. If money isn't the problem I would recommend the DC.

@@SilvestarGaming money isnt the problem at all since i got it for free on epic for christmas and the DC is $10 to add on. just wanted to basically make sure that kojima himself would have added those features and not because so many people complained about the experience from when it first came out.

@@treylude I really don't think that Kojima added the extra stuff for people that didn't like the base game. The new features only enhance the experience of those who already liked the game, if they didn't like it before, they probably won't like it now, imo. 😅
