I like this "some pizza". And there are thise other players with "oh, we know now what is behind pizza". Best delivery of DS game, when I played it blind. Nott reading reviews, seeing anything about it. Just raw game. And those pizza delivery. Kojima - the man who made pizza delivery (aka Uber/Bolt/other now) a strange but most anchor thing in this game

I'm playing on the PS4 non director's cut version and looking through all the perks of leveling up many locations doesn't seem all that worth it. The bandwidth is good if you're going to make ziplines all over the place but many of these upgrades and items you get aren't game changers. Many are just cosmetic like sunglasses lens colors. I think most of it comes down to how you play the game. If you're just trying to beat it, then get some up to level 3 and progress. Level 3 seems to be the point where you get their specialty item. Otherwise just simply travel to the next station to bring it on-line. If you want to play long term then building roads and ziplines to create a massive network will have its own rewards.

Basically - yes, for me it was same. PS4. Roads on the plains, ziplines network in the mountains. I maxed everything for sake of mastering. But then: I have finished the game, and I notice that even after all those years after premiere (covid times, so much time ago) I still like to play it every couple of months and have fun with it for a few hours by just delivering things. Or upgrading/fixing stuff I find on my way. Chilling in warm springs. Then, during this time - there are no ziplines or highways I use. Only two carriers behind me. Conclusion - this game is best when is not rushed. But when we play it first time we like to rush. Or expect good rewards (Old Man ends is not good reward, pizza man is good reward, upgrades to exo-skeleton are best reward). Confusing game with confusing PR/commercials/reviews and confusing "how should we play it".
