I think it's weird when guitar players play power chords holding Individual fingers on each string instead of just barring with the pinky finger.....but maybe that's why I have trouble trying to play Chucks fast solos because I rarely use my ring finger while playing and I notice Chuck mainly uses just his 3 fingers to play the scales he played during solos....for the life of me I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong And why i cant play solos like i can play all the rhythm and bridge parts on practically every album of Death's but just not the solos

Patience brother, work on just using those first 3 fingers more and using them as anchors and really being fluent with your hole hand. Everything takes time don’t lose faith. You don’t always have to learn crazy solos too start simple
